The Cadillac Escalade EXT does not have the typical design you imagine when you think of a truck. Cadillac has put their own spin on this luxury truck to make it a very original model and have and uncommon design.
The EXT is a full-size pickup and available in three trim levels: Base, Luxury, and Premium. The standard features of the truck include 18-inch alloy wheels, an adaptive air suspension, automatic xenon headlights, foglamps, heated power-folding outside mirrors with auto-dimming, rear privacy glass, side steps, etc.
The interior of the truck includes elegant leather upholstery, heated rear seats, and electronic features to help you with navigation and traffic.
The engine is a 6.2-liter V8 that produces 403 horsepower and 417 pound-feet of torque. The Cadillac also includes a six-speed automatic transmission, full-time all-wheel drive, and heavy-duty rear differential.
On the down side of the vehicle, it has a lower towing capacity that the majority of traditional pickups. Its large size also makes it uncomfortable in tight areas, especially when parking. The balance between the attempt at a luxury look and a truck model somewhat clash to make an almost awkward looking vehicle. However, if you are a fan of this idea of a luxury truck, than the 2014 Cadillac Escalade EXT seems to be the best option for you.
